Default Looking for reflector lamp for this 250 watt beast

Hey everyone, I plan to use a 250 watt 6500k cfl bulb to light the top of my three plants - which are now sprouts -, and use 23 watts to light the sides. But I cannot find a reflector lamp for the 250 watt. Heres a pic of it, any help is appreciated.

Another thought I had for an alternative to this, for the top parts of the plants, should I use this 250 watt bulb w/ reflector, or invest in a reflector with 3-4 t5 slots? Just for the top part of the plants.
