Default help with keeping small plans alive!
:sorry guys the title should have read small plants!:

hey guys, I need help figuring out what light fixture to use to keep small plants alive during a grow.

I am cloning plants but instead of growing, harvesting, cloning then growing those. I want to move a set of clones to small pots and keep them alive and possibly growing a little bit between my flowering plants and my clones. It should be the bare minimum light until i throw them under my 4 1000's.

can i just use enough 48" flouro tubes to cover the canopy? I already have 4 1000 watt HID's in the room so i dont want to add another small wattage HID due to heat. I hope the CFL boys can help me out!

If you are just looking to keep some plants vegging for a couple weeks, then a couple t5s above the plants would be more than enough. I wouldn't want your electric bill!

Yah, that would be fine. Sinc eyou are really just maintaining them between the clone stage and the flowering, they will grow fine. People flower under t5s and t12s.
