how many watts are they? and does it say something like 2700k or 6500k?

i think he is using 4 11w ones. 2 from each spectrum (44w total). you should be able to grow a dozen or so plants . AHAHAHAHAHAHA

They are all 23Watts , each 3500k.

Im no pro but what i understand you wanna stay away from 3500k and get 6500k for Veging and 2700k for flowering

Yes sir, 6500k for Veg, 2700k for flower or as close to that as possible. Its also seen as a benefit to mix and max a little by some people. Stick to more 6500k than 2700k for veg though.
