Default Which lights should i get?

I am confused on which lights i should buy.
I want to use CFL's but i dont know which ones are the best.
im also confused with why you have to change bulbs for harvesting?


This is my Speakerbox that ima turn into a grow box.
im planning to grow 2 or 3 plants ( Should i try 2 or 3, or more?)

The height is 29 in, 15 wide , and 10 long

Help Appreciated

Im no expert but im pretty sure that the box is only big enough for one strong plant in the end.. And for lights.. im in the same boat as you are.

oh i see. I think i can probably get 2 plants in there, it'll be crowded but whatever.

3-4 6500k 75-100watt cfl's for veg and swap em for the 2700k's for flowering

yah one plants gunna be tight 2 would not work well

right now im have 2 75watt florescent grow lights that are the long tubes. and i have 5 plants.. not enough I know HAHA.

i am not an expert by far, but for my one plant i vegged with 4 6500k 23w or 26w, i forget which one, then went to 4 2700k 26w, 1 6500k 20w and a 26watt repti glo 10.0 uvb cfl during flowering to get a little mixed spectrum and because from what i have read trichromes are the plants natural uvb protector, so more uvb should mean more trichromes
check my grow 2nd week flowering bagseed w/ AMAZING pics!

That sounds ok , but personally I would go with 6-7 23/26w bulbs instead of the higher wattage just cause its more cost effective. Also 2nd stage is flowering not harvesting
