If you want my honest opinion... it doesn't look good. What are your temps like? How often are you watering? Try and get some reflectors for those bulbs

Thai super skunk is an extremely vigorously growing strain, if you can't grow that I don't think the finicky dutch seeds are going to give you much better results.

It is not the strain. So many people bad mouth this strain but I think it is because they are inexperienced. I am growing a thai super skunk that I got as a freebie from Attitude. I germinated and sprouted one seed which was a female. She is now in flower looking excellent. It is not the strain dude, trust me. Something that you are doing is prob causing this plant to grow funky. What is your soil mix? Here is a pic of my T.S.S. in flower. Obviously this strain is good, the only reason they were giving it away as freebies was because it has the longest flowering period of any strain on their website.

Also, if you don't have 5+ feet of vertical space I would suggest throwing that thai super skunk into flowering now to keep it manageable.
You don't need 5+ feet if you can tie her down and supercrop her. That is what I did and i flowered my plant when it was a lot taller than his plant is now. She will stretch a lot though. At least 2.5 times her size at the start of flowering. Good luck

Yea I just saw that he was going to LST them.

I LST'd my main stem down to the 10th node and it was still a good 2 feet tall 12/12 from seed.

It is not the seeds. Looks like to me there is way too much bark in your soil. Def causing an acidic effect. Probaly causing all kinds of probs. I would try and find some better soil.
