Hey guys, I'm currently growing a little stealth skunk plant and it's been on 12/12 for 5 days now. It's growth has almost stopped since I switched so I should be seeing signs soon shouldn't I? I have 2 cfls used the daylight spectrum then switched to the warm white I think it is. I used foxfarm organic soil. Will update with pics soon.

Dependin on the wattage you might want to use more lights for flowering, you can keep at least both of the daylight bulbs as long as the heat isn't too much. It will still be very useful for the plant. Ya they should begin flowering very soon, within the next few days I'd say, if not then later in the week.

still no signs. today is day 7 of 12/12. you think its possible it might not be old enough. should i put it back on veg? also, the leaves are starting to twist different ways prolly just a sign of stress. im growing in my closet at home, my parents cant find out about the grow so it cant get big, so i chose to lst. the clones arent growing that fast i think the leaves on this baby are too fat for any light to reach down there. i just want to be able to say ive grown a plant in my room before lol. ive grown a few plants at my friends house all the way to harvest so i know how to do this.

I think if you were to change the light cycle again it would stress it even more..
My advice would be just to leave it on 12/12 and if possible, get more light..

Im a long way from an expert so it'll be worth getting another opinion though

lol. you are right tho i could use more light. its just confusing me cause id say ive sexed like 10 plants and they all showed after like 5 days or so maybe a week at the most. this one hasnt done anything once i put it in 12/12 it just stopped growin basically and thats all thats happened

I think you may need to change the pot its in then, you need room for the roots to grow

i am going to transplant soon. i was waiting for a root ball to form, they came out the bottom about a week ago so they should be branching out now.

ive had plants that have taken 21 days in 12/12 to show their sex, and some plants to show there sex while still in veg, so dont worry so much maybe its just a slow bloomer

Yea I had one plant show in seven days when thrown into flower, and then had another that took like 2/weeks so I guess depending on the strain, growing conditions,stress could all be factors when a plant might show sex
