today is day 8 of flowering and there are finally some visable signs of sex!!
closet grow bagseed w/mg soil, 3 27w 2700k cfls and an oscillating fan for circulation...
i know that this is no where near the ideal setup, and i am not expecting to yeild a whole lot, but this is my first time, so if i get a gram of bud i will be happy...i just want to be able to pack a bowl of some bud that i grew, from a tiny little seed...that will b the ultimate satisfaction!

good for you dude! i just had the same experience, 1 plant under 3 26w cfl's. mine took 12 days to show
i think you can get more than a gram. don't have much experience, bu hey, it's the thought!

thanks for your feed back guys, and i had a little typo up there, its actually under 4 27w cfl, but ive been meaning to head to home depot to pick up another extension cord,light fixture and splitter to make it a total of 6 27w cfls, which should b good for my one plantwell i am hoping more than a gram(obviously! haha), but i was just saying for a first time experience, i dont really care how much bud it produces as this was more of a learning process than anything...its cool to watch the plant grow through its different stages of life
