second cfl grow

hey everyone im new to this site. this is my second cfl grow, any advice? im using a 23 watt and a 13 watt cfl over each plant soil that feeds for 6 months and its inside a box with tho 5 inch computer fans, exhaust is at the top and intake at the bottom.

switch that 13 watt to 23 watt asap. I'd get even more cfls so the bottom leaves can get some love to and not just the top. Your cab looks kind short and those plants look about 4 weeks old so you can LST to keep em short and bushy. They look like they will just get taller. Other than that you got a perfect setup. Im curious as to where/how the lights are hanging.

you have done some very impressive vegging with less than 40 watts per plant
i thought i was the lowest watt grow with 78 watts, but you beat me easily
i'm sure you'll get a lot recommends for a lot more light, i'd say go with your instincts, they've worked so far

thanks for the replys guys, the box itself is 4 feet tall, the lights are attached to a cut 2x4 so i can adjust the height, ill try to get some pics of it on. im plannin on goin out and replacing all the lights wit cfls that are atleast 40 watts and then put those 23 watts beside the plants.

[/IMG][/IMG] these pics arnt the best to show the lighting setup but u can see how the lights are on the 2x4, ontop of the 2x4 there is hooks and same wit the top of the box and then im using a metal strip for each side which has holes that the hooks fit into. ill get some pics of the lighting setup and put them on.

k i kno u mean low stress training but i've never tried this before, do u have a link to a good low stress training method. i looked at a couple but all there plants are short(around 5-6 inchs ) my plants are both a foot tall.
