Hey all, I appreciate the help you guys have been giving me, but I have yet another question!

I transplanted my germinated seeds (from the paper towel/bag) to rockwool yesterday and placed them under some CFLs. Well I woke up this morn and noticed that the plant seemed to be growing sideways (ie:not towards the light).

After doing some research I realized that the one 26w cfl (100 watt equiv) was not doing it, so I picked up another bulb and placed another 26w cfl by the plant. SO now there should be over 3k lumens on the plant.

Is this enough?

Also, when should I switch the plant over to my 150 w HPS?

ya that should be enough to veg for a bit (is the cfl 5300-6700k?) But your plant will need some side lighting etc later on.

Use the 150hps to flower. Some people veg with them but i personaly think that veg'n with hps is a waste of a bulb & electric since the spectrum is in the flowering range and not so much the veg range.

You probably caught your plant in one of its bounces. (if you time lapse a plant you will see that is almost does a O pattern while growing.

Is the plant possibly starting to fall over? (tall young seedlings like to do this when there allowed to stretch a lot when they first break soil).
