whats up folks! i posted a thread with some questions no one answered.? So I read on my own and this is what ive got... i will be posting the grow regularly... From the top: My seeds were saved over many years from great smoke...prup haze hermmie seeds no one wanted.....o well why not eh? im just an avid recreational smoker.. arent we all though..the seeds were paper towel style germs. 36 hours of humid darkness 74f to be exact.....well over 80% humidity. They, from the paper towel, went to starter cups... some solo some "bio-degradable" paper cups with organic soil i mixed and composted my self... the ingredients to that are secret..sorry...

they are starting under 4 26w1600lumes 6500K cfls' $4.68 @ "Lowes", roughly 2 inches away. I have a 10"x10" box fan with high, med, and low settings. A 33 gal. rubbermaid tub that i painted flat white on inside two holes cut at both ends for ventilation. I am watering with bottled water cause 24 pack was onsale for 4$. reverse osmos shiznit.....

I dont have anypics of sprouting, on account i couldnt find my frigin camera! so when i did find it its been day 5 since they broke ground..... hope i can help someone or tag team this with other newbs... enjoy all....

Right on. they seem to be growing at a successful rate, good development already. Since this being my first journal, and seeing as how im not only doing it for your entertainment but for my "reference" for future grows. Something to reflect on. Am i being detailed enough along the way....if not someone please tell me my fuck ups... only way i seem to learn is hard way..trying to avoid that scenario in this case.... and always comments welcome...

thanks bro... its amazing how much you learn in just one grow.. im postin pics tonight of the 12 hour of growth ALREADY.. my lighting set up is on 16 on 8 off.. imo they need the rest.. be back for more later....

Hey those are looking really good. Hey im growing a white rhino (though it was purple erkel) and its a hermie and im still flowering her..im proud. Ready to smoke. Your girls are looking great though guy. Seems like you know what ya doin ^^. What are you using to flower? Ive been using cfls hole grow just lots of LST, maybe you should look into it?

Oh and when you planted them did you use a humidity tent type method to come up or just placed them under light after they had sprouted (white tip) without a tent.

Lookin good man,they look healthy! ive got some babies too, they're about 2 weeks old and in my tupperware growbox with some others, take a look

we had them in a humidity tent for a short time, maybe one got a better start for some reason

my plants are on 20/4 (timing got kinda mixed up and we decided just to leave it to avoid stress) , ive always heard that the vigorous growth that is triggered by up to 24 hours of light is beneficial to the total veg time and the hormone release in the plants. whatever you pick will work, just stick with one setting to avoid stress.

u know ur babies best but maybe think about increasing to 18 light hours ??
