A few weeks ago I started with a GrowLab and a light system. I was able to get my first two clones for reasoning of trying to lower the cost of my medical use. I also was interested in learning to grow vegetables outside in a garden as well. So I decided to start with what I could spend on equipment and evolved over these few weeks purchasing parts as I go along. So far I was able to get my first two clones into soil containers and develop with using 2 x 2' T5 6500, for the first week or so I had a 3000 and 6500 and realized that it wasn't enough. I attached a few pictures of my set up as of today. You can see I recently added two 27w day light bulbs and a exhaust fan system at the top of the grow room. I also am waiting for a Bubbleponics system to arrive in which those 6 clones that are sitting in Hydroton are going to be transplanted to. A lot of ups and downs so far with my experience but I have been keeping a personal log of any changes and reactions that happen. It has been pretty fun to learn as I now have several tomato and chili plants outside that I started from a small CFL grow box I constructed. They have grown from a seed to 1 gallon containers in just a few weeks and hopefully will get that in a comfortable way to provide fresh produce.

Did you get your bubbleponics system yet?

Uhm, lower wattage CFLs are higher efficiency, FYI.

I'm growing 8 plants on around 200 watts of CFLs(23-26 watts, 6500k and 2700K mixed 50/50). I have some plants under 6500k exclusively, they don't seem to be flowering even with 12/12. Kinda lame. I need more 2700k I guess.

I got 2-250 actual watts cfl`s both 2700k i`m in week 2 starting to see the white hairs or pistils wtf ever you wanna call em`


just bag seed for the moment

till the beans get here if they ever do been a good minute but i`m optimistic.
