Indoor grow, wondering if i should be keeping my intake fan running at night time to give my plants a breeze during sleep time?

i run mine at night.. drys out the soil pretty fast.

I run my fans 24/7. Probably the only time you might want them off is if you want to saturate your plants with co2, and even then its no longer than a half hour.
