Default How many 26W CFLs?

I realize that the number of CFLs is completely based off of how big an area I would be growing in. However, for my own personal curiosity for a future grow, how many 26W CFLs would you recommend for like 3-4 plants with the space completely maximized/used the most efficiently? I was thinking 8-10, but would like some other's opinions.

hey i am using 3 26 w daylight cfl on one plant. it does just fine. i am only doing 2 plants and they r growing and green as can be.. goodluck!

Thanks for the input man. Just asking out of curiosity as I was considering doing CFL for Veg and getting maybe a 150 HPS with a few CFLs for Flower.
