Default CFL ballast question

I have 2 Fulham Workhorse 7 ballasts, rated for 220w each. I have 6 55w HO fluorescent lights (2G11 socket), as well as 1 Fluorex 100w CFL (mogul socket). I want to know if I can use the extra 110w in my 2nd ballast to power the Fluorex CFL or if I have to get a different one. Anyone have any clue?
