How is a Y splitter that simply turns one light socket into two illegal? That sounds like some b/s to me... i found them at home depot, there was a bunch of little boxes next to each other filled up with different light socket stuff and plug outlets and stuff like that, real close to where the lights and light clamp reflectors are... look closely, i spent like 20 minutes walking up and down about 4 isles before i found them
