Ok I was given some seeds from a good friend I work with.Some are 20 yrs old.He only saved the ones from really good smoke.Some bc bud strains,as well as other good unknowns.Its kinda exciting to not really know yet what they are.they are all around 3 weeks old.I started them in jiffy pellets after germ.then transplanted them into fox farm original planting mix.3 of them in the middle of tray are from recent indica bagseed.At 1st the 3 indicas(that germed 1st)stayed short.the others grew twice as tall in a short time compared to the 3 indicas.it worried me that I had sativas that would grow tall to fast Now that there a lil' bigger they all look mostly indica to me.1 has really fat leaves compared to the restI made the light hoods myself (alum.trim coil)and mounted the fixtures from the light reflectors you can get at the depot for $6.50.Im using 26w 6500k cfl's.I have 4 in 1 hood and 6 in the 1 over my bubbler/cloner.And 2 over my mother plant.I have 3 fans of various sizes to move air.I also have a bath exhaust vent with a duct to mount in the window to blow cooler outdoor air in to keep temps lower.I average 75-80.heres what they looked like to start and leading up 2 today.Any comments or suggestions are very welcome

Heres a couple weeks later By the way the 4 plants in the front of the tray with leaves cut in half are from my cloner(Jane females)

looking fantastic man, is that reflector you have a DIY or did you buy it like that, the reason why I ask is because it looks like there are CFL hanging from inside

LOL reading is good.

He already said they were home depot reflectors which he mounted fixtures on for CFL's

Thanks for clearing that up Delusional lol Im going to put a couple 2700 k bulbs in there.the mother plant looks a lil' crappy at times.We put our other mother plant into bloom a week ago.with all 2700 k bloom cfl's and she immediately was looking better.I need a lil more mix of spectrumin there.

Thanks doobiee,so the lil' ones started to look a lil unhappy.They havent had any nutes yet and I forgot the grow big at the hydro store the other day.So I watered them with a pinch(literally) of miracle grow to tide them over.Here they are 3 days since the last pic and they are pretty happy about it.Soon I need to get them onto a bigger platform with more lights.My buddy is adopting a few.He's starting his 1st own garden. Check em out the last pic is the lil' ones with my mother plant.the second mother plant is 1 week into flower right now.
