they are in the lighting assoceries at lowes and home depot its just a plastic socket with threads to screw in your bulbs.... but if you hang them upside down they will fall out so electrical tap is a must.!!

just go to home depot and check in the aisle near the lighting section with the bins of switches and outlets, ull find a bin of those outlet to socket adapters, i would pick up a 'Y' socket for it as well, that way you can plug 2 lights into one socket

i bought some from kmart- they cost $2.10 each, mine are and have been hanging upside down since i got em w/o any tape or anything holding em in the plug, but all the other ones i tried were loose fitting and would have needed tape, i just tried multiple varieties until i found the ones i got and returned the other ones that were not tight fitting

it depends wut wattage of CFL u use... i have never screwed a Y into a Y, but i have had... 2 42watters, and 8 23watters in one outlet w/ no probs. I use the plug adapters and the Y's on a power bar to get a nice row of lights. it works well, you can put them around the sides for side lighting, and you can use them for the tops as well in this configuration. generally u want to keep CFL close to the plants, so if you pluged the Y into the Y it might be hard to maintain this. but if it works out for you, take some pics and post them! hope this helps bro.
