mo into flowering with cfl t12

so far im mo into with some t12 cfls im ruing 4 750 lum 24 in t12 and 46in that are 1900 lums and one 950 24 in

total 7750 lums on 12 on 12
watering 12 oz water about evey 2 days or when soils dry 1in or 1 1/2 in down

i bought this feed that 4 mo feed and its 14 14 14
i wanted to know if there somthing i can spay on the leafs to make them stronger
