Default Seriously, what is the best CFL setup?

I have around 4 plants and I am growing in a closet. I am keepin everything on a low key thus I am going with CFLs all the way.

Now, can someone give me some examples of good setups? I was looking for reflectors at Lowe's and Walmart, but they didn't have any except for regular desk lamps for like 15 bucks....

So what's a good setup? Pictures would be greeat.
