I just started a grow from a seed i had saved from some bomb buds . I am growing with FoxFarm OceanForest and 2 - 42 W CFL's & 2-23 W CFL's. i am in week 3 and was wondering when to start giving nutes? Its been receiving 24/0 light. any hints or suggestions are welcome .

im waiting on some Auto AK 47 beans . this is just a test grow till the beans come in . does any one have any harvest pics from Auto AK 47 ? im curious to see what a cfl grow yields

so far progress has been coming along nicely

incredibly its already starting to smell every itme i open my closet!

Nice lookin nice so far man- its alright to start nutes now just start small to introduce the nutes to the plant and slowly increase. Do you got any pics of your setup???

oh yeah i forgot to mention that i started germinating these on 2/7/09 .
they sprouted on 2/9 then i planted them in 3 gal. containers using FF Ocean Forest.and have been getting 24/0 since

ya so basically two weeks after the plant has been established you can start giving them nutrients, there is also lots of debate between 24/0 and 18/6 and also variations between them- as in which is better, personally I go 18/6 because its cheaper and saves bulbs and there is no where on the planet earth that any plant recieves 24/0 light. Some people say--including the guys at my hydro shop-say that 24/0 is too stressful that the plants needs chillout time.

cool thanks! they wont get shocked if I switch to 18/6 at this stage?
im gonna get a good camera and post set up pictures. ive been taking these pictures with my PS3 camera & posting with it.

since you only got about a month of vegin left i wouldnt change but i dont think its gonna hurt them to switch if you wanted to.

these pictures are exactly 1 month after i germinated . I also just received my auto ak 47 seeds and put 4 to germinate.
