Default I need help! Cfl grow-room

im making a litte cfl grow room with a mate, but ive been told if i get hold of 27w lights they will blow, this is because the new zealand volatge thing is 240 or something? would 23w lights be suitable? also will four lights surrounding the plant be suitable? any help and tips will be very appreciated! Cheers

you'll need more then 4 lights per plant but it can be done with 4 lights just not good yeilds

ok if you make 1 flowering area and 1 veg area. You can use very few lights for veg but when it comes to flowering you need to give them light

so is the veg a stage of the plant cycle or part of the plant?
