Hey guys just getting started over here with my first indoor grow, curious as to what the optimum light cycle would be for vegging. I have seen a lot of people saying 16-8 and some saying they do 24 hour light cycles. Any advice would be great. Also I bought some daylight n.vison lightbulbs from home depot but the bulbs say they are 5500K on them, does anyone know if this will be alright or are these useless.

i prefer 24/7 5500k is fine i think its the 4000k area thats pretty useless
