Sounds like your enviroment is less then ideal.. When growing conditions are less then ideal the plant will get stressed and growth can slow to a crawl. Just make sure you have the basics down. Don't overwater (get a moisture meter). Check your temps as heat stress can slow growth. How does the female look? Fert issues maybe? Do what you can to get some more light on your baby though. I'd check out the grow FAQ man, thats where i turn first when I'm having issues. GL

Sorry bout that I had a bunch of females but first grow a lot of abuse this one just handled it better than the rest and grew better

I have a moister meter haven't watered in a couple days pistils are growing longer and a couple are turning colors to red brownish gonna start with shutz ferts tomorrow this started out as a joke but something I've really gotten into

i think the question your asking how long will your plant flower for... then the answer is it will very by strain... a) what strain are you growing and b) do you have any pictures to show how much development there has been?
