Default Why is it beneficial to mix in 2700k lighting and what positioning is most effective?
Hi,

I was reading that having 1/4 of your CFL's 2700k lights in the veg stage would be benificial to growth. Why is this the case? and where and what is optimal positioning for these lights? Thanks!

Well think of the sun, the sun obviously has both spectrum's(just a little higher in one spectrum than the other depending on the season).

And as for positioning your lights have something like this > B = blue light, R = red light.

veg B>B>R>B>B or R>B>B>B>R

bloom R>R>B>R>R or B>R>R>R>B

lol something like that
