Wire multi cfd's to one plug?

Well yeah thats basically my question.

For example 4 16w wired into one plug???

I dont know anything about wiring (whod of guessed), it would obvious clean up the amount of wires especially in a closet grow like mine where space is a tight.

Im also worried about how much electricity will be used.

I have 2X125(blue)
1X250(red), 16X16w(red)= 756w

Do people usually use alot of those 4 or 6 way extension cords?
