I'm currently germinating ten plants. I plan to have a 1000w HPS system by the time flowering comes around. I need a cheap alternative in the mean time to take care of the plants during vegging. How many watts of CFL lighting am I going to want to use for vegging the ten plants?

I promise your answer is on that page. I suggest you be concerned with LUMENs instead of watts, and per square foot, instead of per plant.
