Bag seeds
i have 4x 100watt cfls
lights are on 18/6
started to give them blood meal 12-0-0
temps with lights on 79-83
temps with lights off 65-73
two computer fans
there about 28 days old

just wanted to know i dont have the height to grow them taller so can i flower them now ??

well you can expect your plant to grow taller still during flowering, even double the height sometimes. if you want it to stay short and bushy, you might want to try topping it(search the forums for more info)
