hi im using two 40 watt cfls is this enough lighting for one plant im not looking for masive buds i just have always wanted to smoke homegrown stuff i also plan at flowering when the plant is 3 weeks old

yes, that's enough light to keep the plant alive and get some bud. chances are it won't knock you on your ass though.
