I took a wire coat hanger and attached it to my hanging CFL's that way I could stake it into the ground. I was able to position the light by bending the legs on the hanger. Just thought I would share. I also have my plant she's 25 days old from seed. She's also recovering from some bad tap water PH 7.8

niiice. i have a free hanging bulb that i didn't know how to align right. i think you may have solved my problem!
