Do you have a water softener at your house? Softened water can lock out nutrients and cause the burns you have.

the burns are cuz i my dog bumped into my rubbermaid and the lights fell and it took a few hours until i checked and corrected the mistake but theyre recovering well theyre enjoying the extra cfls ive added

ok update.... cords are getting crazy with 10 cfls and 2 fans.... been using coted wire and thumb tacks to secure my lights. im gradually shifing to flower there on a 16-8 now....well here are the pics
the leaves keep tilting into the lights....well im lst'ing now so it should stop

hey i have a rubbermaid setup ...cfl...lowryder grow auotflower and jus went into flower is it normal for the leaves to droop a bit ? ill be posting a pic later today ...

Wow, those wires are dangerous. Why don't you build a simple CFL fixture (like this)? You'd only need 5 lamp posts and 5 Y-splitters. This would give you 10 CFLs and you could route the wires to the side with a few tie strips.
