I need as much help as I can from lights to nutrients t soil to water evrything please but this is my set up

How much do you know about growing?

Any more than that you need light, water, and air?

well ive researched alot i need daylight to veg wharmwhite to flower i germinated my seed i'll prolly need nutrients i have thermometer/humidity meter. i have a ph tester for the soil i keep my light not too close so they do not burn. thats some things i know

your gonna need about 6 times more lights than youve got and i wouldnt put plants in cups with no drainage like those glass ones. I suggest u read the grow faq

it looks like each plant is in a plastic cup inside of another plastic cup. the top cup possibly has holes in it. not sure but thats what it looks like

its not good to use clear cups either read the grow faqs on this site from top to bottom to get a good idea of what you want to do!!!

the reason you cant use clear cups is because light cannot get to your roots because it will kill your plant.

spray paint the outside of the cups. NO PLANTS IN THE CUP WHEN DOING!

yeah i"ll change the cups and the one the soil is in does have drainage holes the bottom one is to catch the water
