Hello, I am a noobie poster. Short intro I'm here because I am looking for any feedback or tips on improving my grow room. Let me know what you think.

I don't make very much money, I work at a garage I'm still young so it's hard for me to buy expensive equipment/lights.


I took cuttings and cloned them in November. They rooted now they are in my Deep water culture bubblers.

My materials:
+Air Pump, four outlets, 12 watts, 3/16" Inside Diameter; used with 1/4" OD tubing, output: 9 Lit/Min (2.3 Gal/Min)

-Hydotron 20L

-Net pods ( 2 per bubbler )

-Rockwool cubes with tray and dome ( A-okplugs )

-Phillips CFL 2,600 lumens, 42 watts Warm

-Phillips CFL 2,850 lumens, 42 w Soft White

-and some little things light sprayers and such

-4, 4" air stones

-Flora Nova nutes


It's the absolute most utter basic set up with poor lighting, but i plan on upscaling my project.

They are on Flora nova nutes.

I am consitering SCROG, if i can go HPS i will depending on price.

if you are going to scrog you should put some more plants in there imo. i like the Buddha. any better pics of the plants? is it me or does one have a little nute burn? yeah everything looks great other then that, for a basic grow. add some cfls in a bit and you be good. g/l and keep it up.

i can't imagin them having nute burn, they have only been on light nutes for a couple days.

Any more advice is great.

I will be buying more CFl's and I will make a reflector an improve the setup. thanks for the help.

a little update, they are doing well. each plant has a 42 watt cfl.

the roots are getting loooking nice.

sorrry the quality is so poor, one of my friends has my camera, used my laptop camera. i'll get some better pics soon.






there is this one on the right that seems to be growing the slowest.
my water change is sceduled for thursday, i will also be buying reflectors and some sort of lining to keep the light from bleeding out my closet, its 3 sliding doors, and the light bleeds terrably right now.

Another update. The roots are getting bigger every day.
the plants have some aroma now, a nice pinny dank smell.

I move everything to a differnt grow space.

I really need some help with a solid SCROG tutorial. Before these babies get too talll.

PLEASE people i NEED help. i had just done a water change, i changed how much nutes i put in, i put in more and now the 2 of my biggest plants roots are completly brown!!!!!

overnight they became very brown. I am scared they have root rot. Any idea's how they would get it so fast?!?!?! What should i do, change the water again?

hello everyone

It's been a while, plans are changing things are going well. My plants are first few days flowering, I have taken 8 clones i hope they all root, i made my own temperary cloning box lined with reflective plastic (not sure of the name) and keep it nice and wet, i havnt had a chance to make a 24 hour lighting section in my grow room.

right now, i have 3 plants that i know forsure are female, and 1 weak plant. the 3 strong ones are starting to smell very good, im fighting root rot, Im making sure to clean them and sterolize the bubblers. some leaves are burnt from growing right to the light overnight, iv down a bit of trimming of huge fan leaves when they get in the way but i make sure to leave many.

I have tie'd the plants down as its too late for a scrog. next grow i plan on having something like an ebb and flow with a huge scrog net id like to fill up.
