Ok well i went to home depot and bought 8 5500k daylight N vision 27=100w 1400 lumens and made my own fix and reflectors i have a pic of the bulb attached if any1 can tell me if these are the right ones for veg state thanks

thanks Mr. P right now i have 5 seedlings under that is that also ok because in this CFL growing Book buds for less it says that with 3 42w cfls you can grow a nice plant thats about 126w for 3 bulbs i have 8 27=100w CFLs which is 216w

Yeah that is more than enough for 5 seedlings. As I'm sure you read lighting with CFLs is a constant struggle. Try to keep them 1-2 inches off the plants if you can.
