I was looking at the CFL bulbs at walmart and came across a 6 bulb pack in a red box. They are not in a plastic container but a box, and are only $13 for 6. I cant find the kelvin # anywhere on the box and was wondering if anyone has come across these. Thanks

usually if you open the box the bulb itself has the k rating printed on the ballast. did you notice it said cool or warm? - warm is red and cool is blue.

Do they say "CFL 27 watt = 100 watt bulb"

Neah it says 26 watt and its in a box with red on it...on the bulb itself it says...helical 26w 120VAC 60 hz 390mA FLE 26HT 3/2/sw

So what are they?

Light output = 1750 lumens
energy used=26 watts

Cool is blue spectrum... warm is red....

Wow really there only 13 bucks for 6??? That's a fucking steal i got a 4 pack of 23 watt 6500k at lowes for 12 bucks....I was gonna go there in a bit to look at lights anyways

those are 2700k. when they say "general purpose" they are usually 2700k unless otherwise indicated on the box.
