I have a White haze sativa going on 8 weeks flowering. She used to be an outdoor plant and had to be moved indoors due to someone snatching my main cola. I have 6 23w (100w) Daylight 6500K (cool natural light) cfls. Is that enough for one plant thats 4 1/2 ft tall? And, are those the right lights to use for flowering? If not please let me know what I should change it to, and how many you think I need? I have read that I need CFL's with around 3000K for flowering, I have also read that the ones I have will work. I dont know what to believe.

those will work just not as well. you should really get 2700k bulbs and 2-4 more of them.

what wattage are those 2700k cfls? and should i get cool white, daylight ... etc. ?

i think they say "warm" on the package. you can get em in alot of differente wattages. 23, 26, 30, 42, 65. for one plant you're better ioff going with the lower wattages (because they're cheaper) and surrounding the plant with them. they lose alot of useful light with distance so if you had say 1 65w bulb above the plant you're not going to get enough light to the lower buds.

I have one plant in veg and i'k using 3 23watt 6500k and 1 42watt 2700k and my plant is loving life....When i put her into flower in like 2 weeks i'm gonna have 4-6 42watt 2700k lights....

Ok, now I have 2 23w daylight 6500K lights and 6 23w soft white 2700k lights. The 6500k lights are pointing down on the colas and the other 6 lights are scattered and surrounding the plant. I have atleast 4 weeks left to finish flowering. IS THIS GOING TO DO IT? I did see a 150w (46w) 2700k cfl, it was huge and cost 10 bucks for one. WTF? Should I have gotten those? Let me know if what I have is enough or if I should change it up.

Where did u see that big of a light a hydro store??? But from what everyone has told me the more lights the better as long as you can keep the heat in check...

cfl's take longer to flower. the higher wattage the better but like i said earlier they get pretty expensive as you go up. couple of those 46w would just speed it up a bit. just get those little ones as close as you can without burning it, like 1-2" away and see how it goes for a week. if the growth seems excessively slow get some of the higher wattage bulbs. i missed that it was a 4ft tall plant until now. is that pretty cola in yur avitar the one that got snatched??

The Heat? you mean just keep it above 75 right? The cfl I saw was at home depot. It really is huge! The coils on it are about the same size as a coke can (as big around and as tall, CRAZY).

yeah they make em 65w and 85 too. the 85w is something 8 or 9" tall.
