First off, this is a very low budget grow. All I am running is 4 100w equivalent cfls, this grow of course is just for personal use to see what can be done with the least amount invested. Ontop of that, this is my first grow.

Just some potting soil, water, and some light. It has been on 12/12 from seed. It is getting close to harvest time and yes, there will be pics. I will tell you now, it won't be a big yield. But then again I don't really need a big yield so this should be just about perfect. Future plans? Maybe a small 250w hps.

get at least a 400 w hps

Not only is a 400w hps more than what I need, it would cost quite a bit more than I would want to spend.

dont be cheap, get a 400 i mean if your gonna spend the money on a 250 why not, in the end it pays for itself.
