Hows it going my fellow growers and growettes? Well I tossed the dresser I had going on the patio cuz I'm turning it into a 250w HPS cab the reason for this was I had found a desk with enclosed section for a computer tower 24"T 15"D 12"W and I removed the pull out keyboard tray and closed up the back of the space to make my main flower cab which is 26"T 15"D 28"W and I painted it white and wired up 6 42w 2700K CFL's and in the smaller cab I was using it for a mom area but it's now another flower cab with 4 23w 2700K and 2 42w 2700K CFL's and has air being pumped in it by a 4" 110CFM AC Axial Fan and the main flower cab is being ventilated by a Holmes window fan which is ruining my lighting on the lower buds so I'm going to get 2 more of the AC Axial fans I have and use a piece of mylar for my door... Well enough yapping about the equipment.

Lets get into what I'm growing and what I use, so right now the strains I have flowering are Grand Daddy Purple or Purple Urkel still not too sure I'll know when I let it go for 10 weeks. I also have the SR71-Purple Kush which was voted one of the top 10 most potent strains in the world. For soil and nutes I had been using some cheap shitty soil from a local hardware store with the DrBud mix of Shultz 10-15-10, Superthrive, and Fish Emulsion which works good but I found a Emigh/Ace Hardware that sells Fox Farm & Happy Frog products and they also have the Black Gold brand of soils, castings and guano so I decided to go with some Fox Farm Ocean Forest soil with Grow Big and Tiger Bloom but since the FFOF is so damn strong out of the bag I cut it with Kellogg Patio Plus which is similar and when used at 50% KPP and 50% FFOF I have the perfect mix which doest burn my gals using the FF nutes at 1/2 strength and I can see the diff already compared to the cheap shit. I want to go all organic tho so when this soil runs out I'm getting the Black Gold soil thats OMRI listed and will use Alaska Fish Emulsion,Liquid Karma and FF Big Bloom and start my flush with 1tbs of moleasses per gal

I average 7.4g dry shooting for 12g dry n cured on each cut and I think it's very possible seeing as I got 7.4g with cheap soil and cheap nutes now I'm more organic and I can see the diff right from the transplant and I've been using Vitamin B1 when I transplant and what used to take a week in my shitty soil takes 2 days and I have roots to the bottom and the stalks on my ladies are thicker and the leaves are more vibrant and bigger which in my experience tells me I will get more off these ones I have going cuz in week 2 they are happy and on the way to being nice sized women!!
