As I plan to do a grow using envirolights (can't use MH or HPS) I was just wondering how to go about topping and LST-ing plants under 250w Enviro's and what sort of responce would the plant s give?

to top a plant cut or pinch the top a node down, and LST is bending the branches over a period of time hint low stress training, you have not done this before so i would not recommend it but you can also tie your plants down...........................
