the lights i have are 4 5500k and 2 3500k

is that going to be alright for 1 plant or 2?

How about some wattages and lumens? That would make your question a lot easier to get answered if you put in some specifics.

the 5500 are the 100 watt equivilent bulbs and are day light bulbs 1000-1300 lumens each
the 3500 are also 100 watt eqiv and are 800-1000 lumens i believe

That should be alright for veg but when flowering comes i would def get a few more soft white bulbs. Good luck
