Default dp blueberry & big bang.... first grow (cfl)@six weeks

hey there. this is my first forray into growing my own weed. i bought 5 feminised dutch passion blueberry, and 5 feminised big bang from greenhouse seeds. all germinated fine within 48 hours.
i only recently took photos as i dont have a camera, but some of the plants arent looking so healthy so im hoping you guys could help diagnose and instruct me.

the first thing i did.... before i started growing, was buy jorge cervante's latest edition of his book... over 500 pages. i learned loads through this book...

i am using one blue spectrum 125 watt cfl, one red spectrum 125 watt cfl, and a blue spectrum 250 watt cfl.

i must buy at least one more 250 watt cfl, but in the red spectrum. would this be a desireable setup for flowering, or do i need ALL red spectrum lamps for flowering?

i built a makeshift enclosure from timber. its approx 1 metre square (about 3 1/2 foot square) and 7 foot high. i have the lamps on pulleys, and i have panda plastic as you call it. ive started giving it nutrients when it entered the veg stage, but i may be giving it too much!!!??? 2-3 ml per litre. i gave them only water this morning.

oh yeah, and they were given 24/0 light up to now. im gonna flower as soon as i get that other lamp.

these ones were taken today. i have 9 plants left... 5 big bang, and 4 blueberry.
i put 3 blueberry in one pot (prob a mistake)

and heres some more.

i used soil for banzai trees. i added some perlite aswell. in some pictures it looks like theres nothing but perlite, but i only shovelled them on top to protect the roots from the light
