Ok so my plant has been through HELL!! This is my first grow and have changed the lighting situation a couple of times...Now i have a 42 watt and 23 watt CFL hanging over my plant about 1 or 2 inches away...I have a fan blowing on it and a air purifier with it's fan blowing on it also...The temps range from 83-88 and the humidity is normaly around 20-30%...My plant is now 29 days old!!! It's no more than 2 inches tall...Had major problems with it early on...I had to transplant it to a bigger pot because i noticed that the roots were growing out of the drainage hole...All the leaves died but new leaves grew...Now it hasent grown in height in some time now but leaves just keep comming out...Not sure what i can do to help it along now...Is it ok to fert now?? Thinking about getting some big bloom...The pics are of my setup now and of the plant...Any advice or tips would be great...

It was a bag seed and i don't have the cash to buy seed for like a month...

That is not worth the time and effort. Ask some friends for some seeds.

No one has seed and most of my friends dabble in the selling...I mean i dosen't look too bad i basically started over but with established roots...Anyone else have any thoughts??

Start over, not trying to be dick but you have a better chance if you follow the lead of the cfl growers on this site. just my .02. Just FYI, the ideal humidity should be 40 to 60 %, and the temps should be 70 to 80 degrees, 85 tops, unless you're using Co2.
