definitely stretched, mine were too at first but have filled out. and should be in their own pots, don't know how you can do that now, unless you're very careful. transplanting them like that may put a lot of stress on them, especially if their roots are tangled.

streched , bring light closer and put them into their own pot because if you don't and they get to big they'll start choking each other out

You can transplant..ive done the same thing with plants before. Just be careful..If you are using CFL's move the lights about 2'' away from the plants.

If that's foil on the wall rip it off..Foil is a bad reflector and it creates hot spots..Flat white paint or mylar is your best bet.
