are you vegging?..if so go with daylight bulbs..(6500k)..the sunlight bulbs are more of a red spectrum bulb (which are good for flowering)..you want to go more of a blue...i was using a red spectrum before and it was growing veeeeeeeeerrryy slow..so i switched to the daylights and it has grown over 2 inches in less then a week..

i think i have around 8

i am still veggin yes only in day 2 well night 1 right now lol

U need about 10 cfls or more but if u buy ones like 40watt and 100 watt the lumens will be grater and have greater intensity i had 6 26watt ones 3 white and the rest red but i also have a hid

are they cfls??..or just regular tubes?...i have also found that if you use alot of the red spectrum bulbs when its really small they end up burning the tips of the leaves (even though everyone seems to think it's nutreient burn when i wasn't even using nutes)..i'm actually using nutes now with the new bulbs and i haven't had any problems..nothing but nice big green healthy leaves

Any kind of light will burn a plant every type of lamp gets hot

they are cfl's so i have the wrong lights in there right now? i need blue but i have red in there can some one help me figure out what ones i need to get i need a link or somthing if some one can help

im not trying to get a huge yeild or any thing im trying to get some personal for my girlfriend she has seizures and bud helps her eat after she takes he seizures meds so this is just to help her out a bit not looking for a oz each plant or any thing like that

White and red i have 2 red and 3 white in my room now u can mix or get all white for vegg and and all red for flowering but u should mix but more of white for vegg and more red for floweing
