eeeeeeeh mon. so i harvested every single plant i had in my closet, 42 total. i had 9 2-3ft ladies and 33 sog ladies. right after the harvest i got a call from my buddy who had a 250w hps that he didnt want. for anyone who didnt know my last grow consisted of 22 cfl equaling 700 watts. so when i got this 250w hps it got me thinkin....i didnt wanna stop using cfls because i love them so much, but i didnt wanna put this 250w hps to waste...so i decided to integrate the two! in the process i totally decided to somewhat redesign my grow room to suit the needs of the new heat as well as safety and neatness. HATS OFF to ttuason1369 for his part in coming up with the design for this thing. I DONT THINK I COULD HAVE DONE THIS THING WITHOUT CHA!
so now the specs:
*250w hps 2100k puts out 33000 lumens (from htg supply)
*8 26w 3500k cfls put out 1750 lumens per bulb(there are four in each of the hanging sockets)
*i plan on using 2 42w 6500k cfls per plant for side lighting using the clamps that came with the hanging sockets (if you look at that og kush plant you will see 2 42w 6500k cfls for side lighting, thats what i plan to do per plant). they put 2600 lumens per bulb
*my space is 6Lx2Wx4H
*using 2L bottles i can fit about 50
*the closet is halfway covered in mylar and the other half is covered in flat white paint
*the wall you see containing the two pc fans is completely fabricated from really thick cardboard
*the two pc fans are used to exhaust the heat. they lead to some 4" aluminium ducting which sends all that hot air out of the closet
* their is one other 12in table fan which sits at about the same height as the hps. it is never turned off. the closet is right next to a window so i get a ton of fresh air through there. all i have to do is crack the closet on the opposite side because the table fan(which is always at a high setting) aids the fresh airs path into the closet and right back out through the exhaust.
*max temps are at 79

this is how i plan o using 2 42w cfls per plant! this is also my only plant in flower. i have about 15 in veg but im lettin them get a lil bigger. im gonna stay true to my SOG roots im just going to let my girls get about 6-10" before they go to flower.
