Default Type of CFL for cloning

What type of CFL works best for cloning? ie the cfl color tempature.

Also what do you recommend for timing? 24/0 18/6 ?

If your talking about just Vegging the little guys then the answer would be 6500k temperature bulbs, which I believe is on the blue side of the spectrum.

(This is from the CFL FAQ)
Q. Which bulbs are for Vegetative Growth?
A. 6500K (Daylight)
Q. Which bulbs are for Flowering Growth?
A. 2700K (Soft white)

Sorry I should have been more clear, I just created a cutting (clone) from a known female plant, while it is trying to grow roots, what is the best type and color temperature bulb? Is it the same times and types as when you are vegging?
