Problem.. Sunspots?

Okay, so I'm growing a plant, seedling leaves just died off today.
Anyways I have 3 43 watt, 2700lumen CFLs growing it.. it has light brown spots on its leaves.. It gets around to 90 degrees inside my box, its sorta small.. I haven't really gotten around to settign up ventilation and my friends going to help me next weekend.. PH Levels are around 6.
...damnit! the lights are approx. 6 in away.
