Default Am I using too many lights?

I've got one plant with the following lights:

6 42watt 2700k CFL's
1 27watt 6500k CFL
1 26watt 6500k CFL
Total wattage: 305watts
Total theoretical lumens: 19,600
Strain: NL#5 x Big Bud

It's 24 days old and the plant is 10inches tall and about 16inches wide. I put it into 12/12 8 days ago and so far no signs of sex.

Is this too much light?

how big is your room i use 400 w hps and its like 45,000 lumens

It's a closet grow. It's 2ft wide, 5ft long and 8ft tall. Heats not really an issue right now.

yeah but can you practically know when youve reached that limit? and he is using CFLs so he might be paying an extra buck a month, and they also dont penetrate that well so id say more is better

I remembered seeing a post about light toxicity so thats why I was wondering.. looks like i'm far from too much though judging by your responses.

ive been always been told 5-7000 per sq foot any more isnt worth it i think full sun on a clear day is like 10,000 per sq ft

just as long as you dont get hot temps due to the lights.
