I can only get 26w cfl's....

Alright, well my current financial situation has lead to me having to steal my light bulbs from several stores. The only problem is that the only 6500K bubls I can find are 26 watt.

If I use say 3-4 on each plant with LST, will it be enough to give me a decent harvest? I plan on using that 20$ 150W HPS with some 2700k 45watt cfl's for flower.
