CFLS 4 life!!!! Imma let the pics do the talkin!!

This looks flippen awesome i have 1 question what watt of cfl is best for veg
and which is for flowering and how many lights for about 5 plants thanks.

you might better your yield if you get more light on the sides, that first plant next to the plants in veg has much more bud coverage most likely cause its gettin light lower down from the veg lites

yea when i first started growing i started with 1 plant with light everywhere and i yielded 40g dry on my first grow and the plant was only 2 feet max. but now im shifting toward SOG. if u look at the pic again you'll see about 25 2-liter bottles...in those are zero-veg clones. im working those in, and slowly working the black pots out because they are slightly bigger. when all the black pots are harvested i should be able to fit about 75 clones in there.

oh yea. granddaddy, og kush, the church, grapefruit kush, purple kush, and new strain called starship!!! and hats off to the cfl crew glad to see there is one of those around!

you want soft white for veg and warm white for flower. as for the lights required for 5 plant....it all depends. for veg i'd say anywhere from 120-180 watts but u must keep in mind that more light is always better. but if your flowering your gonna def need more light than that! and if possible you want to use cfls that are 42watts and up because they have a much higher lumen to watt ratio. plus if you only have 5 plants im sure your looking to get the most bud out of your plants....to do this your gonna also need some light on the sides.

You'd be looking for the color temperature - 6500K bulbs are best for veg (unless you can find a 10,000K bulb, then GET IT!) and 3000K or lower is best for flower if you're doing fluroescent of any sorts.

and now the specs:
8-42 watt 2600 lumens each
12-26 watt 1750 lumens each
there are about 42 plants in there now and 4 fans total.
im going to be doing a perpetual harvest of 9 plants each week...which will total my flowering room count to 72 plants. i know i can pull a quarter off each minimum so hopefully im lookin at 63g a week which equals 9oz a month!

oh yea i forgot to mention that this is a flowering room only. like i said im working those black pots out and workin the zero-veg sog clones in 2-liter bottles. i hvave a small veg box that holds my 3 mothers...i will put up more pics asap
