Default CFL Lighting for Sea of Green...Is this enough?

I plan on doing 8 plants (sea of green) in a DWC system.

My growbox is 24L x 20W x 42H

If I use this light
High Tech Garden Supply

Will that be enough? The growbox will be covered in mylar and such.

I originally planned for a 250W hps, but decided it against it because I would need a larger box, and have to worry about heat, etc.

i reckon that should be ok for that size box. the light wont penetrate 40 inches though so keep plant short, maybe lst, hmmm lsd sounds better,
